Within the scope of services that we offer, our solution may differ according to the branch and the type of production for which it is designed. Every branch and type of production has its own specifics which are necessary to be taken into account during the solution.

Within the frame of the particular branch, we specialize mainly in:

Within the frame of the particular branch, we deal with the following types of production (relating to a decoupling point):

• Engineering to Order (ETO)
• Make to Order (MTO)
• Assembly to Order (ATO)
• Make to Stock (MTS)

The decoupling point is a place in a logistic chain which separates two parts of the chain from each other:

• The part, in which customer-neutral (non-address) make to stock production is performed according to estimation
• The part, in which products are finished according to the particular requirements of customers

The closer the decoupling point is to the customer, the shorter is the process of order fulfilment :

• For goods with an unstable market (e.g. steam turbines), it is useful to place the decoupling point as far from the customer as possible (make to order)
• In the case of a stable market (e.g. bolts, nuts), the decoupling point is placed closer to the customer (make to stock)
