ROSTRA Toolmaking and Press Shop was established in 2000, building on a long-standing tradition of precision engineering in the Zlín region. Our core expertise lies in the design and manufacture of tooling for sheet metal forming, primarily for the automotive industry. We also develop inspection fixtures and clamping systems for production lines. In addition to tooling, our capabilities include sheet metal stamping and the production of turned parts using multi-spindle automatic lathes, allowing us to deliver comprehensive manufacturing solutions under one roof.

The initiative unified company processes and improved the clarity and accuracy of information, enabling more effective decision-making and management.
It provides immediate visibility into the status of orders, as well as the impact of changes and unforeseen events on delivery timelines.
Planning and production management processes were streamlined, resulting in greater efficiency and control.
In addition, dedicated tools were implemented to support controlling and enable structured, reliable reporting.

The project focused on improving cost allocation by unifying and refining data across the organisation, providing a more accurate foundation for decision-making.
It also increased the efficiency of key internal processes, including procurement, technical preparation, and production planning.
A solid foundation was established for the further development of planning and controlling functions.
The solution ensures full system integration — from initial customer requirements through sales, procurement, material warehousing, technical preparation, production planning, subcontracting, and finished goods storage, all the way to final dispatch.
